As we grow, so does our Collections function, and we're looking for an analytical, commercially-minded Collections Analyst to use data to shape how we support customers who fall behind, and to make sure we do it fairly, effectively and at scale.

Your Mission

You'll own the numbers behind our Collections function. You'll dig into the data to understand what's working, where customers are struggling, and how we can help more of them get back on track. Your analysis will directly shape our collections strategy, and the recommendations you make will influence real decisions about how we operate.

This is not a phones role. You'll be the analytical brain of the team, turning data into insight and insight into action. To help you move fast, you'll have a suite of embedded AI tools at your fingertips to speed up your analysis, surface patterns and turn data into recommendations. It's a brilliant opportunity to
