Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician (Heavy Travel and Hail Experience Required)

We’re looking for Paintless Dent Repair Technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join us at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

Key Responsibilities as an experienced PDR Technician:

• Execute complex PDR repairs, including large dents, creased panels, and extensive hail damage, restoring vehicle surfaces to factory-like condition without the need for traditional bodywork or painting. This includes all levels of hail damage and larger body damaged panels. You will need to be able to perform repairs on all manufacturers including steel and aluminum panels. 
• Have the knowledge of being able to remove and install (R&I) various parts of the vehicle including but not limited to headliners, taillights, headlights, liftgates, door panels, etc. as well as understanding panel access points. 
• Follow NAAA guidelines as it pertains to the repair method of each vehicle. 

This position requires frequent national travel, up to 75 %, as you'll deploy from your home base to collaborate with and support other Inspection Centers within the company nationwide in supporting production target needs. During
