About the team and position
The Specialist, Perks + Wellbeing is part of the Total Rewards team and owns the day-to-day of Carvana's Perks and Wellbeing offerings, from managing the vendors behind them to making sure Team Carvana knows about them, uses them, and loves them. You're the go-to person when a team member has a question about a perk, when a vendor needs a partner on our side, and when we need a fresh idea for getting the word out. You'll plan and run the events that bring our programs to life, including our Benefits + Perks
