Compliance Manager/ Assistant Manager

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for an Manager/ Assistant Manager (Compliance) to join our in-house Legal team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. 

Job Description

Working together with the Legal Director, you will be responsible for, or assisting in,

• the regulatory compliance matters for the group in different markets (including Hong Kong, China, United States, and other jurisdictions), particularly in the following areas:
• Data privacy 
• Consumer protection
• Advertising regulations
• Develop and implement internal regulatory compliance policies
• Develop and maintain regulatory library, including research and keep up-to-date on the regulatory development in the above-mentioned areas and other areas as necessary (such as employment law)  
• Legal review and approval of advertising, marketing, promotional and packaging materials and the relevant terms and conditions to ensure compliance with the applicable legal requirements in different marke
