Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is seeking a (Senior) Growth Content Designer (Performance Ads) to lead post-production and motion design for Performance Ads. Reporting to the Assistant Growth Content Manager, you are an editor and motion designer who takes raw footage and AI assets and turns them into polished, platform-native ads — owning the edit, the look, the graphics, and the on-screen copy that drives conversion.
