CCDS is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director – IT & Cybersecurity to lead business growth across Egypt and Africa. The successful candidate will bring a strong record of winning complex IT and cybersecurity deals, an established regional network, and the ability to build lasting relationships with enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Egypt and target markets across Africa.
• Identify new opportunities and build a qualified pipeline across enterprise and government sectors.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, technology partners, and vendors.
• Work with presales and technical teams to shape solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Grow strategic accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide regional growth plans.
