Analyst, Client Transitions Management

We are looking for a Client Transitions Analyst for an existing vacancy on our Transition Management team. The Transition Management Team oversees the onboarding of institutional clients and restructure of client accounts for eleven institutional investment managers. The team is responsible for creating and executing transition plans using a structured and tailored approach by understanding needs of clients, investment strategies and operational requirements. The team manages over 400 transitions annually. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.

• Manage the onboarding of Institutional Canadian, US and global clients
• Be the key contact in the onboarding process with external stakeholders including clients, custodians and consultants
• Analyze and identify operational and portfolio management requirements, potential risks and client needs, and work with internal teams to set up new clients
• Work diligently with investment managers, sales, compliance and operations teams
