Data Analyst

In this role, you'll help build integrated, reliable, and scalable data solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. Working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Greenhouse, and Dayforce, you'll collaborate with business and technology partners to analyze data, support system integrations, improve data quality, and contribute to impactful enterprise-wide data initiatives. Our offices operate on a hybrid model with three days per week in-office to support team collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and profile data across enterprise systems to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Support the design and development of scalable data models and data structures for reporting, analytics, and integrations.
- Collaborate with data engineers and application teams to define and validate data transformation rules. <
