Manager, Training and Documentation

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (“CC&LFG”) are looking for an experienced Training and Documentation Manager for an existing vacancy on our Vancouver-based Training and Documentation Team. The Training and Documentation team is an independent group within the Investment Resource Group (“IRG”) that performs several essential services such as hands-on training to support successful onboarding of new staff, maintaining current IRG procedure documentation and coordinating staff movements within IRG. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys learning new skills, being part of a high-performing team, and patiently supporting new hires as they build confidence across different levels of experience.
