Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Programs

This key resource will help us attract, engage, and build relationships with key educational partners as well as the next generation of talent. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping our campus recruitment strategy for our emerging Quantitative Equity business and delivering an engaging candidate experience for students and early-career professionals. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, university partners, and students to strengthen our presence on campus, build meaningful talent pipelines, and support internship hiring across our Quantitative Equity teams.
