$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in IBHS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the confirmation of first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with confirmation of 25 billable hours.

Pay - Salary: $92,000-$103,000 (based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification)

SUMMARY:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will lead ABA-based clinics within a school setting. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.
