$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in H&CS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.

RATE:

• $85 per hour - Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - must have active BSL

SUMMARY:

The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract position and a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team:

• BCBAs needs throughout Chester County, PA!
• BCBAs may work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs.
• Flexible scheduling for work/life balance!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
• Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting.
• Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family
