$5,000 - BCBA sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBA *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.

RATE:

• $85 per hour (independent contractor) - Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - must have active BSL

SUMMARY:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will participate in the intake process, case management, selection, orientation, training, and clinical supervision of program staff. Additionally, guide and assist individuals in gaining access to services, monitor service delivery, evaluate outcomes and the continued need for services.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will support families throughout Montgomery County, PA
• May work school, after-school or early evening hours depending on program needs
• Flexible scheduling for work/life balance

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision.
• Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities.
