SUMMARY:

• The hourly Building Aide pay rate to work on assignment in West Shore School District is $17.10 per hour
• The Building Aide position will work on all student days during the school calendar year, 5 paid hours per day on full school days
• The Building Aide will assist the building principal and teachers in the performance of non-instructional tasks such as typing, filing, duplicating, and student supervision.

CURRENT BUILDING AIDE NEEDS:

• Highland Elementary School, 8:30am - 1:30pm, 5 paid hours/day
• Rossmoyne Elementary School, 8:30am - 2:30pm, 5.5 paid hours/day

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs the following tasks: standing to copy, laminate, and collate; filing in a five-drawer file cabinet; handling and transporting up to ten reams of paper, printed material, etc., to office; preparing all copies for central duplication
• Prepares instructional-related materials for the teaching staff
• Monitors the cafeteria, ensuring an
