$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in H&CS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.

Pay - Salary: $92,000-$103,000 (based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification)

• Full-time 12 month position, generous PTO accrual and paid holiday

SUMMARY:

The Behavior Analyst / BCBA will participate in the intake process, case management, selection, orientation, training, and clinical supervision of program staff. Additionally, guide and assist individuals in gaining access to services, monitor service delivery, evaluate outcomes and the continued need for services.

• Behavior Analyst / BCBA will support families throughout Chester County, PA

• Behavior Analyst / BCBA may work school, after-school or early evening hours depending on program needs
• Flexible scheduling for work/life balance

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision.
