School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours

Pay

• $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).

• W2 salary option available if interested: Salary: $92,000-$103,000 (salary range based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification)

Summary:

• Location: Child & Career Development Center (CCDC)- Coatesville, PA 19320.
• Schedule: M-F school based hours, 260 day 12 month schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
