• $22/hr to start and $23/hr if student is authorized for blended PCA/BHT services (w2 employment)
• OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening.

SCHEDULE:

• PCAs will work on all student days following DASD academic calendar year.

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is a field employee position working in a school setting to provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver tailored one-on-one and small group support to students with disabilities, helping them participate in classroom activities, manage behavioral interventions, manage personal care, and access to educational environment as it aligns with the student's Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)
