$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.

Pay:

• Independent Contractor: $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification
• W2 Salary: Salary: $ 77,000 to $83, 000 (salary range is based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification); 10 month 200 day Salary

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday school based hours, 260 day 12 month schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
