IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Celtic Bank’s technology environment. This hands-on leadership position combines technical expertise with team management, with responsibilities split between direct technical work and leading day-to-day IT operations.

The IT Operations Manager oversees enterprise patch management and endpoint compliance through Tanium, manages identity and access operations using Okta, and helps ensure the availability and reliability of critical banking systems. The role also leads a team of systems administrators and engineers, coordinates incident and change management activities, and works closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and other technology teams.

As the IT Operations Manager, you will help strengthen operational processes, improve system reliability, and ensure technology practices align with the Bank’s security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
