Operations Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and service availability across a critical ICT environment. This role is based in ACT or SA and is offered as a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. You’ll provide operational leadership, coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, and help ensure services remain secure, available and aligned with operational requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of critical ICT services and components.
- Monitor service availability and investigate outages, service disruptions and breaches of service targets.
- Coordinate remedial activities and drive timely issue resolution.
- Provide advice on service availability, operational planning, service improvement and performance.
- Act as a central coordination point between technical teams, management and senior leadership.
- Prioritise resources, activities and operational requirements across teams.
