We are looking for someone passionate about project management and who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that projects stay on track and exceed expectations.
Requirements
What you'll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of the service transition project.
- Manage customer expectations on scope, timeline and dependencies, and keep clients, project managers and account managers informed on status.
- Establish priorities to meet timeline and pipeline, setting priorities where engagements compete for the same people.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clients.
- Coordinate documentation, asset and licence registers and runbooks, facilitate knowledge transfer into the service desk and BAU teams, and run formal handover and hypercare. <
