Production Team Lead

Shift: 1st – Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Please Note: Due to current production demands, this position currently requires mandatory overtime, including Friday and Saturday shifts. This schedule is expected to continue through the end of the year but is subject to change based on business needs.
Lead a team. Earn $25–$27/hr.
Central Moloney is looking for a hands-on Assembly Team Lead to guide a team of assembly technicians on our Panama City production floor. You'll be the point person keeping the line moving, coaching technicians day to day, and helping drive quality and productivity on your shift. We've been building transformers since 1949, and we invest in growing our people, this role is a real path up into leadership, not a dead end.
