Job Title: Program Manager Location: Suitland, MD (Hybrid) Term: Full Time Clearance Level: Public Trust Program: USNIC   Program Summary: The USNIC provides global tactical scale ice and snow products, ice forecasting, and other environmental intelligence services for the U.S. Government, other agencies, and the public. NOAA is one of three agencies comprising the USNIC, in addition to the United States Navy (USN) and United States Coast Guard (USCG). This contract provides scientific support services to the USNIC which will include imagery ordering and analyses of meteorological and oceanographic data to support the execution of the USNIC mission. These analyses are required in order to provide daily operational global and tactical scale ice and snow products, ice forecasting, and other environmental intelligence services for the U.S. Government critical for maritime safety operations.
