During our two decades of service, we have earned the trust and respect of our government clients for the simple reason that we have great people who are experts in their fields and take pride and ownership in everything they do.  Job Responsibilities: -Directs daily operations, assigns work, and ensures service levels are met across tickets, incidents, and requests. - Oversee workstation and server administration, account and device provisioning, patching and compliance, backup and recovery, and change coordination with base communications and enterprise network partners. - Maintain SOPs and runbooks, tracks asset and license records, delivers status updates to the Program Manager and COR, and manages the on-call rotation. -Mentor technicians, validates security/control adherence in collaboration with ISSO/ISSE functions, and ensures coverage during leave and surge. Job Requirements: ·        U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance are required. ·        Candidates must meet DoD 8140/8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+ CE) at start ·        5–7 years of hands-on system/network administration experience in enterprise or DoD environments. ·
