We are looking for an Asset Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio and the reporting and research behind our investment activity. The scope is deliberately broad, spanning property operations, recurring performance reporting, and market research. You will work alongside a small, established team with direct visibility to ownership, which means meaningful responsibility early on. Prior real estate or investment experience is welcome but not required; we will train the right person.

You find the work before it finds you, and you close the loop on everything you touch. Much of this role is a steady stream of small follow-ups ? a vendor who hasn't confirmed a schedule, a tenant waiting on an answer, a document still outstanding ? and you stay with each one until it is genuinely resolved, keeping your manager informed along the way. You are just as comfortable switching from that kind of detail work to sitting down and building a clean, accurate report. You also read each detail against the backdrop of the bigger picture ? the context behind a request, why a deadline matters, what the other party is actually after ? and let that shape how you handle it.
