B2B MARKETING MANAGER

This role is execution-focused and centered on the direct production of professional B2B marketing materials. The position supports the sales and advisory team by creating high-quality pitch decks, proposals, flyers, and commercial marketing collateral.
This is not a brand strategy or concept-driven marketing role. The company is looking for a practical, detail-oriented marketing production specialist who can independently execute marketing materials at a professional standard.

·        Produce professional marketing materials including:

o   Pitch decks

o   Flyers and brochures

o   Client proposals and presentations

o   Visual sales collateral

o   Property marketing sheets

·        Design and format materials using Adobe tools, Canva, and PowerPoint at a professional level

·        Support the sales and property advisory teams with client-facing marketing materials

·        Translate technical or market data into clear and visually effective B2B communication

·        Ensure all materials align with brand and professional standards

·        Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, translators, and designers when necessary
