Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, connecting great talent with the right opportunities, and playing a key role in driving recruitment success.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to business growth while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned clients
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Provide consultative hiring advice and market insights to clients
• Achieve individual recruitment and sales targets
• Support and guide junior consultants when required
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or consultative sales
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and negotiation skills
• Client-focused with a sales-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
