Sensing Expert
- Development of new anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, including artificial graphite, natural graphite, and silicon-based materials
-Performance improvement and optimization research on existing anode materials
-Enhancement of technical capabilities through experimental design, data analysis, and result validation
-Collaboration with pilot plants and production sites to support technology transfer and process stabilization
-Analysis of competitors’ technologies, identification of patent opportunities, and formulation of technology roadmaps
-Participation in joint R&D projects with external research institutions, universities, and partner companies
Requirements
-Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Inorganic Materials, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred)
-Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, excluding time spent in Master's or Ph.D. programs
-Must have prior R&D experience in lithium-ion battery anode materials
-Candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas are preferred:
-Development of artificial graphite (based on raw materials such as petroleum coke, pitch)
-Development of natural graphite (including CIP, 3D structure control, internal densification, etc.)
-Development of silicon-based anodes (deposition techniques, nanostruc
