Consultants work closely with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, clients, and private equity investors to analyze target companies, identify key financial risks, and deliver actionable transaction insights throughout the deal lifecycle.   What you might expect: Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and strategic investors.
