This role is designed as a cross-trained resource within the Client Service Team, capable of flexing across multiple functions as business needs dictate. Rather than owning a single function, this individual will build working proficiency across the full investor lifecycle and be deployed where coverage is needed most, potentially on short notice. The individual will primarily work within the Salesforce platform, alongside supporting client systems and document repositories, to deliver high-level, fast-paced investor service support. The role requires close collaboration with individuals at all levels and across a variety of teams at the client.   The position requires strong listening comprehension and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent workstreams.
