Conducting interviews with debtors, employers, and agency officials to determine the effectiveness of legal actions against debtors in default. Monitor and analyze credit information and public records related to debtor assets and liabilities, review and summarize debtor financial information, and recommend appropriate legal actions to Assistant U.S. Attorneys.
