Champions Group is a rapidly growing residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services organization, and we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee our Accounts Payable function. In this leadership role, you’ll guide daily AP operations, mentor a talented team, strengthen internal controls, and help drive continuous improvement across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

As our Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll ensure vendor payments are processed accurately and on time while improving the efficiency and scalability of our AP operations.

• Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable team and support coaching, training, and development.
• Oversee invoice processing, approvals, payment runs (check, ACH, EFT, and wire), and vendor account management.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9 documentation, and banking information.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and pay
