Division Sales Coach (Residential Home Services)

As a Division Field Sales Trainer at Champions Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our salesforce and ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to our valued customers.

You’ll partner directly with local sales managers and their teams across the region — riding along on calls, modeling winning behaviors, delivering training, and holding the bar high on execution. You’ll report to the Vice President of Sales and work closely with the Division President (dotted-line) to align regional coaching with division-level goals. • Classroom Training: Conducting sales process training in a classroom setting at various field locations, working with groups of individuals across both dedicated sales and mixed technician/sales roles.
