Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role 

We are looking for a true hiring partner for our operations and commercial teams. Culture is critical for our success and you will help shape it. Do you enjoy building strong partnerships by advising and guiding hiring managers and candidates across multiple markets? If so, this is a role for you! 

In this role, you’ll manage the full hiring cycle for your own designated departments, where you have a lot of ownership to evolve their hiring engine. You will hire across our main office in Utrecht as well as our offices in the US, Denmark & Berlin. That means you will navigate between different business needs, hiring cultures and candidate expectations, while providing a great experience for everyone involved. 

Our People Team consists of 3 sub-departments; Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and HR. Over the years we built a strong foundation, so you will not start from scratch. This role is for someone who can easily step into existing processes but also proactively challenges what can be improved.
