We’re in search of an experienced Manager Investor Relations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a range of debt placement mandates concurrently and assume responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on projects.
• Raising debt to fund growth of the business within various industries from Trucking, Logistics, IT, Real Estate, Leasing, Financing, etc.
• Taking a leading role and being responsible for developing and maintaining investor & lender relationships
• Leading the credit management and communication processes as required
• Design and execute a strategic investor relations program that effectively communicates the company's value proposition and financial narrative
• Develop and maintain relationships with key investors, analysts, and financial institutio
