About the Role

We're hiring an Engineering Lead to own Chariot's consumer platform: everything that turns a one-time claimant into an engaged member who keeps finding cases worth joining. You'll own the engagement, community, education, and referral surfaces, and help expand the range of cases people can join. This is greenfield community, content, and growth-loop product, and you'll build the team around it.

We're building a verticalized factory for claims: a system that turns corporate wrongdoing into recovery for everyday people. The consumer platform is how that factory compounds: engaged people surface new cases, refer others, and learn to tell a strong claim from a weak or fraudulent one.

This role is perfect for someone who's analytical, creative, and execution-driven. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love rapid experimentation, and know how to take an idea from prototype to a production system the rest of the team can build on.
