This role requires a commercially minded and agile marketing professional who can balance creativity with performance, understand the differing requirements of multiple brands and products, and react quickly to changing business and market conditions. You'll be expected to take ownership of campaigns from planning through to delivery, measurement and optimisation, ensuring activity delivers against both brand and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create customer retention strategies that enhance loyalty and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Support VIP customer acquisition and ownership events to drive engagement and brand affinity.

Brand & Manufacturer Partnership

  • Act as the key day-to-day marketing contact for Lamborghini and Bentley manufacturer partners.
  • Understand the individual requirements, customer profiles and commercial priorities of each brand, adapting marketing activity accordingly.
  • Ensure all marketing activity adheres to OEM guidelines and brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and maximise available marketing support and funding opportunities.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery

  • Working with the Head of Marketing, create and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans for both brands, responding appropriately to changing business needs, stock requirements, product priorities and market conditions.
  • Develop and deliver targeted multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, events and traditional marketing channels.
  • Take ownership of campaigns from concept and briefing through to implementation, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor luxury automotive market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategy and campaign decisions.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all communications meet FCA, ASA and manufacturer requirements.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Optimisation

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital campaign delivery, including campaign tagging, tracking, measurement and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle, using data and insight to optimise activity and improve results.
  • Adjust campaigns, audiences, messaging, channel mix and investment in response to performance, market conditions and changing business requirements.
  • Work effectively with internal digital specialists and agency partners across paid search, paid social, display, CRM and other performance channels.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking and measurement is in place to demonstrate campaign effectiveness, enquiry generation and ROI.

Budget Management

  • Manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets across both brands in conjunction with the Head of Marketing.
  • Effectively allocate investment across channels, campaigns and products according to business priorities and anticipated return.
  • Monitor spend and performance throughout the year, proactively recommending and implementing budget reallocations between channels or campaigns where required to maximise results.
  • Maintain clear oversight of committed and actual spend, manufacturer funding and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial judgement when balancing brand-building activity with lead generation and short-term business requirements.

Events & Customer Experience

  • Plan and deliver exclusive customer events, vehicle launches, driving experiences and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with dealership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the prestige of both brands.
  • Support local sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with brand positioning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Brief campaigns clearly and effectively to internal marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Work closely with dealership management, sales teams, operational colleagues and manufacturer partners to understand business requirements and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Build strong intercompany relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations and the wider business.
  • Influence key stakeholders and provide marketing expertise and recommendations to support commercial objectives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Establish clear KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead generation, customer behaviour and channel effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the Head of Marketing, internal stakeholders and manufacturer partners.
  • Use campaign insight and previous results to inform future marketing plans, budget allocation and channel strategy.
