About the Role    Charm is hiring an Enterprise Integration Systems (EIS) Engineer to own the technical infrastructure connecting our core operating systems, including Manufacturo (MFO), NetSuite, Mangrove, and other business-critical platforms.   Reporting to the Lead IT Systems Engineer within Charm’s IT organization, the EIS Engineer owns the integration layer that enables our systems to operate as a connected ecosystem. This includes designing and maintaining integrations, building automation scripts, administering key platforms, monitoring data flows, and resol
