About the Role   Charm is seeking a Staff Industrial Project Engineer with a mechanical or civil engineering background to lead the development and integration of our production facilities. You'll help turn process and equipment concepts into complete industrial facilities that are safe, maintainable, constructible, and scalable.  You'll serve as a technical owner for major facility projects, working across Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Controls, Facilities, Construction, Operations, Procurement, equipment vendors, and external engineering partn
