As our next Marketplace Optimisation Lead, you'll help build the UK's go-to home improvement marketplace by making sure the numbers behind it are right. AI is doing more of the heavy lifting on analysis, and you'll be the human layer above it. You'll own the direction of your work, partner with data scientists on models and systems with real impact, and work closely with the C-suite on making the business more data-driven.
