You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicate the results of your findings, and accurately document investigations in our case management tool. Through your reviews, you will identify potentially fraudulent or high-risk merchants, as well as genuine merchants who may be victims of fraud, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risk in both scenarios.

Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to support research, analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency, while applying appropriate human judgement and oversight.
Suggest innovative ideas and provide feedback to enhance processes, controls, tools, and infrastructure, striving for continuous improvement in risk-monitoring operations.
What you will need to be successful (skills and competencies)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Risk, Management, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.

Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed, risk-based decisions in complex and time-sensitive situations.
Skilled at working collaboratively and communicating effectively, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders across various departments.
Capable of adapting to fast-paced and agile settings while managing demanding timelines, priorities, and schedules.
