What you’ll do
- Lead and execute end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs across different teams within Checkr, from early access with external customers through GA exit criteria and post-launch follow-through
- Build integrated program plans that define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and escalation paths
- Run the quarterly and annual product planning cadence with Product, Design, and Engineering leade
