About the team/role
Reporting to Checkr’s Vice President, Corporate & Commercial, you’ll be a key member of a lean, collaborative legal team, helping deliver the corporate legal work behind Checkr’s next stage of growth — including IPO readiness, M&A, securities, and corporate governance. You’ll own defined corporate and transactional workstreams with direct guidance from the Vice President, providing crisp, risk-based advice and knowing when to escalate or bring in outside counsel.
