About the team/role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture, the Staff Solutions Architect serves as a senior consultative technical leader across the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sales solution design to implementation, go-live, and ongoing platform optimization. In this role, you will lead the architecture of complex, strategic customer deployments, establish integration best practices across RESTful APIs and webhooks, and mentor other Solutions Architects across the organization.
