Sr. MarTech Manager, Communications

Chime has centralized MarTech as the shared technology foundation for all of Growth and Marketing. Web, communications and lifecycle platforms, ad tech, content and asset systems, experimentation, and AI marketing tooling now sit under one team — with a mandate to turn a stack of point solutions into a single growth engine. 

Chime is hiring a Senior MarTech Manager, Communications to evolve the technology that powers member communications across email, push, in-app, SMS and emerging channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology, you’ll serve as the MarTech lead for communications. You will bring deep expertise in Braze and the broader communications technology ecosystem, while also helping shape the broader cross-channel MarTech platform strategy. You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate marketing and business needs into scalable solutions, optimize our technology stack, and unlock new capabilities.

This is a senior individual contributor role combining technical depth, systems thinking, and cross-functional influence. You’ll work across platforms, integrations, data, vendors, and teams to solve complex problems and shape our comms tech evolves.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $153,000 and up to $200,000. Full-time employees are also eligible
