Groups & Care Director

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Groups & Care Director provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the Groups & Care ministry at the Royal Palm Beach campus.  This individual shepherds and leads the campus Groups & Care staff, group leaders, class facilitators, coaches, and volunteer teams while cultivating a healthy culture of spiritual growth, prayer, care, leadership development, and group multiplication.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate one or more of the following spiritual gifts: leadership, discernment, exhortation, teaching, and pastor/shepherd. 

JOB DUTIES: 

Invite and Resource Leaders

• Execute the Central Groups & Care vision and strategy while championing Groups and biblical community across all campus ministries.
• Continually invite, develop, and resource Group Leaders, Coaches, Class Facilitators, Celebrate Recovery leaders, Prayer Team members, and Care volunteers.
• Maintain sufficient open Groups across key demographics by developing new leaders, identifying co-leaders, and creating opportunities for healthy multiplication.
• Facilitate New Leader Orientation, Leader Interest Meetings, and other training
