Job Description

As a Track and Trace Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring shipments remain on schedule from pickup to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

• Enter and update shipment details with accuracy in our logistics system
• Conduct daily check calls with drivers to confirm pickup and delivery progress
• Monitor and track freight throughout the complete shipment lifecycle
• Identify potential delays and communicate timely updates to relevant stakeholders
• Collect and maintain accurate shipment documentation and records
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch teams to resolve shipment-related issues efficiently
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls, typically 100+ calls per day, maintaining professional communication standards

 

Qualifications

• Panamanian Citizens or work permit ONLY!
• Advanced English — spoken and written (English language is a valuable asset)
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, track & trace, call centers, customer service, or similar roles
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
• A proactive, team-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
