This role will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, helping build the team, lab capabilities, test strategy, and execution model needed to validate our software across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities Build, hire, and develop a high-performing System Test team in Taipei to support current and future products. Define and execute post-silicon system test strategies spanning functional, stress, endurance, negative, and system-level validation. Drive test automation and CI integration to improve coverage, efficiency, and release confidence.  Partner with Firmware, Driver, Systems and Product teams to ensure robust validation coverage and clear defect triage. Represent System Test status and quality
