City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Contract Compliance Supervisor to lead our nightly cleaning operations across San Diego County. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives after dark, speaks both Spanish and English fluently, and takes real pride in a job done right, we want to talk to you.
SCHEDULE
- Monday - Friday; on-call on weekends
- 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
- Full-time, exempt
- Salary: $70,304 - $75,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervise and coordinate our night shift Quality Assurance Officers (Contract Compliance Officers or CCOs) each night, making sure every client's janitorial scope of work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Perform quality control inspections across facilities to confirm cleaning tasks meet or exceed company and client expectations.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff, and make sure everyone follows safety protocols
