Our Facility Solutions Managers (FSMs) act as the day‑to‑day point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and operational excellence. The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the business operations of an assigned portfolio of commercial clients. This is a dynamic, field‑based role requiring daily client visits, quality inspections, contractor oversight, and account growth through additional services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for managing the business operations of an assigned client base in the San Diego County area.
